Onsite and remote client support as part of a Client Support Pod in London
Install and service Abacus infrastructure, workstations, printers, and peripherals at client sites
Collaborate with clients and colleagues to resolve technical issues

🎯 Requirements

3+ years experience in MSP or IT with strong customer service and support
Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite and self-learning new products
Experience with hardware troubleshooting and core networking equipment
Ability to lift up to 25kg and occasional travel
Strong AD/Entra ID, DNS/DHCP, and TCP/IP troubleshooting
Familiarity with ConnectWise and ticketing systems
