Onsite role in the Atlanta area (Mon-Fri) supporting client locations with transportation access
Initial point of contact for resolving or triaging client requests and delivering a world-class
Escalate or resolve complex issues using Abacus escalation processes.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years IT Support experience in Microsoft environments.
Associate degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of Windows Server OS (2016/2012/2008), Active Directory, VPN, virtualization (VMware
Experience with network cabling, backups, VoIP, remote access, and vendor coordination.
Strong problem solving, communication, and customer service skills; able to work under pressure.
Must have a valid state driver’s license and own transportation to client sites.
