Technician, Site Services

📋 Description

• On-site IT technician for Hedge Fund/Private Equity clients
• Respond to client issues with white-glove service
• Work with internal/external teams to resolve technical problems
• Visit client offices regularly to provide support and setup
• Document issues and resolutions in ticketing system (ServiceNow)
• Maintain strong client relationships and prioritize tickets

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma or higher
• 3+ years in a relevant IT field
• Strong knowledge of client/server, Active Directory, and OS technologies
• Experience with Duo Security, Exchange, Azure AD, Office 365, Citrix XenApp/Studio/Director, and
• VMware vSphere and virtual server administration
• Networking basics (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
