📋 Description

• onsite role with Abacus healthcare client in Orlando
• Initial contact for client requests and escalations
• Resolve service tickets and triage complex issues
• Assist with design, installation, and usability of IT systems
• Work with vendors to resolve hardware/software issues
• Maintain documentation and provide updates to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree in technology or equivalent experience
• 3+ years IT support in Microsoft environments
• Certifications: Network+, Server+, Windows Server 70-410/98-365 preferred
• Knowledge: Windows Server 2012-2016, Active Directory, SQL, Exchange
• VMware, Citrix, VPN, Terminal Services knowledge
• VoIP, backup technologies, networking, security best practices
