📋 Description

• Carry out minor repairs and general building maintenance across facilities
• Perform carpentry work — including the fabrication, assembly, adjustment, and repair of furniture
• Install, relocate, or modify equipment and fixtures according to operational needs
• Participate in the layout and reconfiguration of offices, meeting rooms, and common areas
• Conduct visual inspections of facilities and report anomalies or repair needs
• Keep workshops, tools, and work areas clean, organized, and safe

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in carpentry or equivalent experience
• Experience in carpentry, general maintenance, or building maintenance
• Strong manual dexterity and comfort with hand and power tools
• Comfortable performing hands-on physical tasks, including moving equipment and materials on site
• Autonomy, resourcefulness, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship
• Collaborative team spirit and a service-oriented attitude
