Techno-Functional SME Consultant (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Manage Loan IQ application health, critical business events, interfaces, batch processes and
• Lead functional and technical analysis of production incidents; reproduce issues, assess business
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring defects, transaction failures, schedule inconsistencies
• Translate lending-business issues into clear functional requirements, impact assessments, solution
• Analyse Loan IQ configuration, application logs, database evidence, interfaces, messages and job
• Support integrations with origination, payment, core banking, general ledger, data, risk

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in commercial-lending technology or banking application support, with
• Strong knowledge of Loan IQ customer, deal, facility and outstanding structures, together with
• Demonstrated functional expertise in flexible loans, restructurings, end-to-end loan lifecycle
• Experience supporting production incidents, service requests, problems, changes and releases for a
• Experience with Loan IQ integrations and, where applicable, Loan IQ SDK-based extensions, reports
• Experience preparing functional specifications, impact assessments, test scenarios, regression
