📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and engineers.
• Design and implement data analytics strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee dashboards, reports, and predictive models for decision-making.
• Define KPIs, metrics, and data requirements with stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across analytics projects.
• Drive performance improvements for analytics workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years in data analytics, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong foundation in data analytics, BI, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficient in SQL for complex queries and data extraction.
• Skilled in Python or R for analytics and modeling.
• Experience in data modeling (relational, dimensional, analytical models).
• Familiar with Azure cloud services: Synapse, Data Lake, Databricks, Fabric.
