Technology and Innovation - Finance Analytics Manager

📋 Description

• Architect and build analytics solutions on Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Snowflake
• Develop and optimize transformation workflows for large, multi-source data
• Build automation/workflows using Alteryx and/or Python to scale analytics
• Translate finance problems into well-structured analytics solutions
• Deliver finance insights via dashboards using Power BI, Tableau
• Lead hands-on development and mentor team members

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data-focused roles with hands-on delivery
• Strong SQL; hands-on Alteryx, Python or similar tools
• Proven ability to design and build complex analytics solutions
• Understanding of financial data concepts (trial balances, P&L, revenue)
• Experience with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders
• Ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences
