📋 Description

• Lead client workshops and strategy across retail and luxury domains.
• Advisor to executives on industry trends, roadmap and value realization.
• Collaborate with on/offshore teams to deliver transformation programs.
• Shape MVPs, proofs of value and client opportunities into executable roadmaps.
• Support omni-channel retail, clienteling, and premium store experiences.
• Drive business value through ROI and KPI framing with senior stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in retail, luxury retail, digital commerce or related strategy/consulting
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and executive storytelling.
• Experience leading strategic conversations with C-level and senior directors.
• Proven ability to translate technology options into business value and change plans.
• Knowledge of retail operating models, omnichannel, store operations, and loyalty concepts.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and client-facing consulting is a plus.
