Technology Director

📋 Description

• Define and oversee high-level technical architecture and tech stack.
• Define AI adoption strategy for delivery squads; integrate agentic workflows and LLM tools.
• Guide documentation on architecture and topology of technical solutions.
• Act as the primary escalation point for technical issues.
• Oversee engineers to maintain quality; mentor team members.
• Serve as client-facing representative of Technology and Account Leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technology leadership with commerce, platforms, and product delivery.
• Deep understanding of MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) and composable architecture; align with business objectives.
• Proven consultancy experience providing strategic technological guidance to clients.
• Experience contributing to business development: proposals, scoping, estimation, and client acquisition in agency/consultancy.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML platforms and agentic development practices; guide adoption in client delivery.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP); GCP certification preferred.
