Technology Disaster Recovery Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee DR operations and runbooks, aligning with enterprise DR framework.
• Act as trusted advisor to PD&D leaders on disaster recovery strategy.
• Engineer and operate DR solutions across multi-clouds (AWS, Azure) using active/active, regional
• Manage annual DR roadmap, exercise calendar, test execution, evidence, and reporting.
• Lead functional DR exercises, capture lessons learned, and embed into docs.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years in business continuity and disaster recovery with program ownership.
• Experience with OS, networking, cloud tech, and security tools; understands relevant
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks/regulatory compliance (DORA, NIST, ISO 27701/27000, ISO
• Experience with chaos and cloud engineering, and AI-assisted testing/recovery validation
• Experience with BC/DR planning software and notification systems (preferred).
• Experience in emergency/incidence management and reporting; ability to communicate with executives
