Technology Enablement Analyst

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end enablement for major internal tech initiatives, incl. AI tooling
• Monitor adoption, usage, feedback; iterate enablement plans and docs
• Plan and execute change management (communications, training, office hours)
• Build dashboards and reports on tech health, utilization, ROI
• Partner with BizTech to evaluate tools, drive integrations, rollouts
• Develop process docs, runbooks, and training materials

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years in tech-enabled program delivery, training, or change mgmt
• Proven track record leading change across multiple teams or functions
• Background in tech enablement or change mgmt; translate to non-technical audiences
• Experience designing/maintaining program docs as a single source of truth
• Strong stakeholder mgmt with product, engineering, ops, and GTM to drive AI adoption
