Technology Enablement Analyst

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end enablement strategy for major internal tech initiatives (AI tooling).
• Monitor adoption, usage, and feedback; iterate enablement plans and docs.
• Plan and execute change management: communications, training, office hours.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports on technology health, utilization, ROI.
• Partner with BizTech to evaluate tools, drive integrations, and smooth rollouts.
• Develop runbooks and training materials for onboarding and change management.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in tech-enabled program delivery, training, or change mgmt.
• Proven track record leading change across multiple teams/tools/workflows.
• Experience in tech enablement or as a trainer; translate concepts for non-tech.
• Design/maintain program docs as a single source of truth for stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder mgmt; partner with product, eng, ops, GTM to drive outcomes.
