Technology Enablement Analyst

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end enablement strategy for internal tech initiatives, incl AI tooling
• Monitor adoption, usage, and feedback; iterate enablement docs and training
• Plan and execute change management to drive adoption of tools
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for tech health and ROI
• Partner with BizTech teams to evaluate tools and drive smoother rollouts
• Develop runbooks and training materials for tech onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years in tech-enabled program delivery, training, or change management
• Proven track record leading change across multiple teams or functions
• Background in tech enablement or change mgmt; translate concepts for non-tech users
• Experience designing/maintaining program docs as a single source of truth
• Strong stakeholder mgmt with product, engineering, ops, go-to-market; drive outcomes
