📋 Description

• Own enablement strategy for major internal tech initiatives.
• Monitor adoption and feedback; iterate enablement docs and training.
• Plan and execute change management to drive adoption of new tools.
• Build dashboards and reports for leadership visibility on tech health and ROI.
• Partner with BizTech teams to evaluate tools and smooth rollouts.
• Develop runbooks and training materials for onboarding and change.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technology-enabled program delivery, training, or change mgmt.
• Proven track record leading change across multiple teams/functions.
• Background in technology enablement or training; translate concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience designing and maintaining program documentation or enablement materials.
• Strong stakeholder management with cross-functional collaboration.
