Technology Operations Analyst (Day/Midshift)

📋 Description

• Own VMS configuration tickets via Salesforce from intake through completion
• Support tickets with increasing complexity from Support Coordinators
• Maintain SLAs with updates, docs, next steps, and quality handling
• Troubleshoot using docs, knowledge bases, and guidance before escalation
• Conduct comprehensive intake and document decisions
• Escalate with summary, actions, risks, and recommended next steps

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1–2 years preferred
• Experience in AGS, staffing, MSP, tech ops, SaaS/VMS platforms, or high-volume tickets
• Working knowledge of VMS and business platforms like Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, Flextrack
• Familiarity with config, testing, docs, release support, and project coordination
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web collaboration tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills
