Technology Operations Center Senior Technician

📋 Description

• Hands-on management of the TOC activities during their assigned shift
• Wide knowledge across all enterprise ECS monitoring tools
• Work with IT and business to put into place more specific monitoring
• Understand all IT services that could impress customers and the business
• Create documents, procedures, and runbooks without direction
• Ensure TOC maintenance notifications are accurate and sent out within published Service level

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology and in a Technology Operations or DevOps
• Work with teams
• Flexible enough to work with different technical skill levels
• Availability to work any shift, weekends, and holidays; must be available for on-call duties as
• Experience with software architectural patterns and cloud-based technologies
• Experience implementing AI-based solutions for monitoring and automation needs
