Technology Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day IT operations and incident response
• Triage/resolution of Tier 2/3 tickets with automation
• Manage Apple devices at scale
• Map dependencies across systems (SSO, MDM, apps)
• Build runbooks and knowledge base for the team
• Lead IT projects (BYOD, provisioning, compliance)

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in IT Operations or Technical Support
• Systems thinker who maps dependencies
• Strong incident management: triage, RCA, postmortems
• Knowledge of compliance controls (access, logging, change)
• Clear communicator with documentation
• Self-directed with bias to action and escalation judgment
