Technology Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end program management across Information Security, Technology, and AI.
• Build and maintain project plans and milestones in Jira/Asana/MS Project.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and scheduling conflicts early.
• Maintain current RACI matrix across programs with clear ownership.
• Coordinate cross-functional sessions across G&A, R&D, and InfoSec/Tech.
• Develop executive dashboards and status reports; own milestone communications.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management in technology or IT.
• PMP certification required (or in progress) with expected completion within 12 months.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience building RACI matrices, project plans, and exec status reporting.
• Proficiency in Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Experience with metrics reporting and data visualization using Tableau, Snowflake, or BI tools.
