📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end digital transformation programmes from initiation to handover.
• Deliver Smart Grid, Grid Modernisation, SCADA, ADMS, DERMS.
• Oversee Cloud, Data, AI and enterprise tech programmes.
• Establish governance, budgets, schedules and exec reporting.
• Lead OT/IT integration across systems with vendors and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT or related.
• 12+ years in technology or digital transformation delivery.
• 5+ years in energy/utilities sectors.
• Proven Smart Grid/SCADA/OT-IT programme leadership.
• Experience in Cloud, Data and AI within regulated environments.
• Strong leadership and multi-vendor delivery skills.
