🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in healthcare IT, compliance systems, legal tech, or HR tech platforms.
• Strong HIPAA knowledge, healthcare regulations, data privacy, and governance.
• Experience implementing or optimizing HRIS, legal/compliance, or enterprise apps.
• Knowledge of system integrations, workflow automation, enterprise architecture, and lifecycle
• Experience with reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
