TechOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Own Okta config including lifecycle, access reviews, MFA, and workflows
• Manage endpoint configuration via Iru or Kandji with policy-as-code
• Build automation to reduce repetitive support tasks
• Evaluate, deploy AI tooling to boost team productivity
• Manage SaaS procurement and renewals for team systems
• Own and support Google Workspace, Linear, Slack, and Okta

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years supporting a large macOS fleet
• MDM for Apple devices such as Iru, Intune, or Workspace One
• Configuration as code, e.g., Terraform
• Bash or Python scripting
• Experience leveraging Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools
• Experience using and managing major central business and dev systems
