Basic knowledge of main operating systems, such as Windows and macOS
Understanding of network concepts (e.g., IP addressing, DNS, DHCP) and common network configurations
Familiarity with user and group management in Active Directory
Knowledge and use of Ticketing platforms (ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy)
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
