📋 Description

• Own the complete incident lifecycle for global connectivity services, from detection and impact
• Serve as Incident Commander during major network incidents, coordinating L1/L2 teams, mobile

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Mobile Telecommunications, with strong exposure to Core Network
• Strong technical knowledge of LTE/4G and 5G NSA/SA roaming architectures, including
• Proven experience leading major network incidents and complex technical troubleshooting, including
• Strong understanding of IP networking and roaming connectivity, including BGP, TCP/IP, DNS
• Previous people-management experience, ideally leading Network Operations, NOC, Core Network, or
• Strong experience with RCA, service restoration, permanent corrective actions, and operational
