Telecom Engineer I - Voice Delivery Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality, reliable voice applications across platforms (desktop, web).
• Build and operate real-time voice systems using SIP, MPLS, and VPN.
• Design and optimize low-latency voice pipelines and handle RTP/SIP streaming.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the global voice platform.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Global Solution Architects, and Connectivity PMs.
• Ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, observable, and maintainable with DevOps practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development and VoIP troubleshooting experience.
• Expert knowledge of SIP call flows, routing, and carrier interoperability; hands-on with C++, Java
• Deep understanding of SIP, RTP, WebRTC protocols.
• Strong debugging skills; experience with audio analysis and SIPp or similar tools.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
