📋 Description

• Review patient and partner medical/reproductive history.
• Genetic risk assessment and explanation of risks.
• Offer relevant testing options; discuss benefits, risks and limitations.
• Document session details and follow-up plans.
• Represent Natera at trade shows/conferences; travel up to 10%.
• Support teams and contribute to gc protocols and patient education materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Genetic Counseling (or equivalent).
• Board certified by ABGC or ABMG.
• 2+ years of clinical genetic counseling experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and with teams.
• Familiar with Google Workspace.
