TeleHealth RN - Per DIem

📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls as assigned
• Respond appropriately within scope of practice
• Consult with other clinicians, including on-call providers
• Coordinate telehealth meetings between participants and clinicians
• Ensure timely care delivery
• Resolve basic issues and escalate to management as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
• Unencumbered RN license
• Nursing knowledge and skills to treat frail elderly participants
• Ability to manage complex clinical situations
• Highly motivated and self-directed
• Ability to execute tasks in a quickly changing environment
