Telephony Integration Administrator

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain REST API integrations between Five9, AI, and internal apps
• Lead telephony and AI initiatives, including platform migrations and workflow automation
• Design, configure, and optimize Five9: dialers, routing, IVRs, queues, skills
• Develop, test, and deploy APIs and telephony enhancements with operational readiness
• Partner with Security, Compliance, IT, and stakeholders for SOX reviews and vendor onboarding
• Monitor and resolve platform and telephony issues, coordinating with teams/vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years supporting contact center tech, telephony, or enterprise tech
• Experience administering Five9 or CCaaS platform with integration planning
• Automation familiarity with low-code tools or scripting (JavaScript/Python)
• Experience partnering with Information Security and Compliance teams for security reviews and SOX
• Working knowledge of SIP trunking, telephony infrastructure, and carrier connectivity
