📋 Description

• Support Teller Services and Cheque Clearing in the branch
• Execute core operations: cash handling, transactions, clearing
• Adhere to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and service standards
• Collaborate with Branch Operations Manager and team
• Maintain operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant teller/cheque clearing or branch operations experience
• Strong cash handling, transaction processing, and clearing knowledge
• Solid knowledge of internal controls, risk management, regulatory requirements (BSP, AMLC, PDIC, BIR)
• High accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with structured processes
• Organizational, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
