Temp Marketing Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own Braze segments and campaigns; target the right audience and report KPIs
• Support Braze data: attributes/events; maintain clean, accurate segments
• Monitor Braze campaigns: track CTR and conversion rates
• Collaborate with Product to push notifications and monthly newsletters
• Ensure Braze campaigns comply with data privacy and security
• Work with Content Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data to align campaigns with goals

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ yrs in marketing/CRM operations; campaigns across email, push, in-app, SMS
• Deep understanding of multi-channel best practices, deliverability, data protection laws
• Highly motivated self-starter who can run projects from start to finish
• Strong PM; handles multiple projects, priorities, resources
• Data-driven; can report campaign performance clearly
• Braze cert and Liquid Logic experience; Amplitude/Tableau a plus
