Resolve incoming application requests from Operations and Gravie Care within standard turnaround times
Build and refine application processes
Follow carrier-specific SOPs for health plan submissions
Meet deadlines with effective time management and priorities
Prepare and write outreach templates and materials
Generate member applications and send to members or carriers

🎯 Requirements

Ability to work independently and in a team
Effective communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience in the individual health plan market (preferred)
