📋 Description

  • Run daily reports and maintain detailed records in the company database.
  • Consolidate reporting from multiple databases in Excel.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff or management.
  • Assess accounts for high-risk factors and report to management.
  • Update customer accounts as directed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Docs.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience and/or knowledge of Salesforce.
