Temporary Employee - HRIS Analyst

📋 Description

• Support HRIS operations, including reporting, data audits, and approved system updates.
• Perform Excel-based gap analyses and quality checks to identify missing, inconsistent, or
• Analyze large and complex datasets using advanced Excel functionality, including formulas, lookups
• Create, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad hoc HR reports to support HR and business
• Provide project support across HR, HRIS, Payroll, Operations, and other teams involved in year-end
• Help maintain project trackers, issue logs, status updates, and other working documents to support

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Excel proficiency, including experience working with large data sets, formulas, filters
• Experience performing data audits, gap analysis, data cleanup, or similar analytical work.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and core HR data structures; experience with UKG is strongly
• Comfort supporting guided HRIS configuration tasks, data imports, data corrections, or workflow
• Ability to detect inconsistencies, errors, and missing information in HRIS and workforce data.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track work through
