Temporary ICHRA Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Process financial reports timely.
• Process incoming HRA forms for enrollment and reimbursement.
• Manually load HRA enrollments and plans.
• Support HRA management: enrollments, audits, recoupments, substantiation.
• Work with Account Management and Member Services on escalations.
• Identify plan and premium discrepancies in ICHRA enrollment.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years ICHRA Operations experience (enrollment, payments, carrier relations).
• Ability to independently research, learn, and apply new techniques.
• Strong attention to detail; distill insights for decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
