Temporary Part Time Exhibition Support

📋 Description

• Serve as Brand Ambassador for the Company, ensuring a warm, hospitable experience for clients
• Facilitate premier in-person experiences across front of house spaces at Sotheby’s galleries
• Direct visitor flow, manage check-in, queues, and elevator access as needed
• Assist clients with inquiries using knowledge of international sale/exhibition calendars and
• Coordinate with Specialist and Non-Specialist departments to meet client needs
• Support exhibition and sale activities, maintain accounts, and facilitate bid registrations

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-service mindset
• Problem-solving ability; resourceful and team-oriented
• Calm under time-sensitive situations; discretion with sensitive information
• Experience in client service, luxury, or hospitality industries preferred
• Tech-savvy and forward-thinking; knowledge of art history or art market a plus
• Available to work weekends and evenings as needed during the assignment
