Drive sales by coaching and providing feedback to the sales team using StoreForce dashboard results
Lead by example to deliver a world-class customer experience on the shop floor
Educate customers on Lush brand values and engage in community initiatives
Train and coach sales team members on sales techniques and product knowledge
Manage cash handling, store opening/closing, and deposits
Monitor time and attendance, including breaks and daily communications

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in customer service and sales
Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
Minimum 1 year supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
Experience in problem-solving customer service issues in daily operations
Experience in a fast-paced team environment
Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
