📋 Description

• Drive sales and exceed goals through coaching and feedback
• Deliver world-class customer experience including product demonstrations
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices
• Train and coach sales ambassadors on sales techniques and product knowledge
• Manage cash handling, store opening/closing, and deposits
• Monitor attendance, breaks, and daily communications

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year customer service and sales experience
• Minimum 1 year cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Minimum 1 year experience problem-solving customer service issues
• Minimum 1 year experience in fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
