Drive sales, providing effective coaching and feedback to the sales team, and analyze sales results
Lead by example in delivering a world-class customer experience, including product demonstrations
Educate customers on Lush brand values and build the brand through community engagement
Increase depth of product knowledge and make informed product recommendations
Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers on effective sales techniques and product knowledge
Encourage open communication and foster a sense of belonging regarding diversity, equity

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
Minimum 1 year of experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
Experience problem-solving customer service issues in day-to-day operations
Experience in a fast-paced team environment
Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
