Research member-level payment issues and coordinate resolution.
Monitor monthly ongoing carrier payments.
Manage SEP (Special Enrollment Period) carrier payments and autopay setup.
Maintain SOPs for carrier payments.
Coordinate with other Operations teams to set up Gravie’s clients in Gravie’s systems.
Demonstrate commitment to Gravie’s core competencies.

🎯 Requirements

College degree or equivalent work experience
1+ year in financial operations, payments, or health benefits
Proficient in Excel (V-lookups; pivot tables)
Ability to work in cross-functional teams to solve problems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
