📋 Description

Support Heads of Department, Production, Valuations teams as required
Log and route valuation enquiries
Coordinate work intake; typing; proofreading; invoicing; deadlines
Create spreadsheets and provide data analysis
Arrange valuation visits; book travel; brief the team
Accompany Valuations Managers on client visits

🎯 Requirements

2+ years admin experience at an international auction house
Art history background or keen to learn fine art
BA/MA in History of Art preferred
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Photoshop desirable
Familiarity with Sotheby’s valuation system advantageous
Fluent English; second European language a plus
