  • Own hiring for multiple departments across tech and non-tech

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting in tech
  • Proven track record building pipelines for tech and non-tech roles
  • Experience extending offers and closing candidates across multiple requisitions
  • Boolean searching skills
  • Partnership approach with engaged hiring managers
  • Experience with an ATS; Lever preferred
