📋 Description

• Organize, coordinate and oversee end-to-end response processes (offer documents, administrative
• Produce high-quality, persuasive, and technically accurate proposals.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs (Sales, Product, Legal, operations, care, insurance) to ensure
• Operate within structured bid governance (Go/No-Go, quality gates).
• Own the end-to-end RFP calendar, including reverse planning from submission deadline. Run kick-off
• Support sales teams in engaging key stakeholders and preparing negotiation rounds.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in project management, consulting or tender/bid management
• Experienced in complex multi-stakeholder and multi-contributor Enterprise RFP's
• Excellent written communication
• Outstanding project management: planning, stakeholder management, monitoring
• Strong product / technical appetite: ability to quickly master Alan's product and translate it into
• Problem solving: ability to break down complex RFP requirements and orchestrate cross-functional
