Territory Manager

📋 Description

• Drive performance, profitability, and growth of TOMRA's container return network across Victoria.
• Coordinate contractors, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Monitor site performance, uptime, and container return volumes.
• Build relationships with contractors, site hosts, landlords, partners and stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities and initiatives to enhance customer experience and network performance.
• Champion safety and WHS compliance across all sites.

🎯 Requirements

• Passionate about safety and sustainability.
• Certificate IV in Frontline Management, Leadership & Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Solid operational experience with proven ability to drive performance and prioritise safety.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Salesforce or other relevant systems experience.
