• Prospecting New Business: driving up driveways, attending local cattle auctions, meeting with local
• In-Field Sales: getting hands dirty, discussing Halter over coffee, on horseback, or on a
• Expanding Existing Opportunities: seeking new opportunities, expanding existing customers with
• Hitting Sales Targets: managing sales pipeline, qualifying/unqualifying leads, managing today's
• Customer Account Management: building close relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction, provide
• Territory Ownership: owning the entire territory, treating every corner, meeting with local, state

🎯 Requirements

• Driven Attitude & Communication skills: results-driven, motivated, adaptable, skilled at
• Ranching / Cattle Experience: knowledge of ranching or cattle operations to connect with customers.
• Sales & Customer Success Expertise: strong history of creating new business opportunities
• Territory Management experience: experience managing a large territory with balanced focus on sales
• Problem Solving & Collaboration ability: resourceful, quick-thinking, works well with
• Willingness to Travel: frequent travel within territory.
