📋 Description

• Develop and execute robust territory and business plans aligned with brand strategies, customer
• Deliver and exceed sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and other key
• Develop effective pre-call plans and conduct post-call evaluations to continuously improve sales
• Execute a strategic call plan that achieves established performance metrics and optimizes coverage
• Understand and communicate the value proposition of facial aesthetics solutions to healthcare

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, or an equivalent discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in a specialty sales role within the pharmaceutical and/or
• Experience with physician or account-based selling, training, managed healthcare, B2B sales, or
• Demonstrated record of sales achievement with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly identify customer communication styles and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
• Strong business acumen combined with strategic, analytical, and critical-thinking capabilities.
