Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
Build, maintain relationships with referral sources across priority markets
Go in the field 4-5 days/week to meet patients, parents, and providers
Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners
Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships
Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events

🎯 Requirements

Must be based in Coeur d\'Alene, ID
Must be fluent in English
You have 1-4 years proven sales experience - owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus
Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
Travel locally with reliable transport and a valid driver\'s license (within ~1 hr)
Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
