📋 Description

• Develop and execute territory growth strategies, including resource planning and deployment, to
• Drive execution of territory plans and monitor key performance indicators to ensure business
• Use Salesforce, dashboards, forecasting tools, and commercial applications to manage sales
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the physiological principles, clinical applications, and

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in health sciences, engineering, business, or a related
• At least 7–10 years of medical device sales and business development experience, specifically
• Demonstrated experience selling devices in cardiology, cardiovascular care, heart failure
• Ability to quickly master complex medical, surgical, physiological, and active implantable device
• Strong understanding of the cardiology device market, including competing technologies, commercial
• Proven success developing markets, executing commercial strategies, and driving program-based sales.
