Territory Manager (PA, York County)

📋 Description

• Develop and implement GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across markets
• Lead field meetings 4–5 days/week with patients, parents, providers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
• Deepen penetration across existing partnerships
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and events

🎯 Requirements

• Based in York County, PA
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years of proven sales experience; KPIs a plus
• Travel locally 4-5 days/week with reliable transportation
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom a plus
• Ability to energize, advise, and persuade senior corporate personnel
