Territory Manager, SUD (CA, San Diego)

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a territory GTM strategy for SUD.
• Build trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners.
• Conduct in-field outreach 4–5 days/week educating partners.
• Identify barriers to treatment and improve access to care.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in San Diego, CA area.
• Willingness to travel extensively around San Diego area.
• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred.
• Familiar with SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; PM and Salesforce a plus.
