Territory Manager, SUD (PA, Philadelphia)

📋 Description

• Develop and execute territory GTM strategy for SUD program.
• Build trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners.
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days/week with partners.
• Identify barriers to treatment and improve access to care.
• Collect partner feedback to refine messaging and execution.
• Represent Charlie Health at community events and industry conferences.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in Philadelphia, PA.
• Willingness to travel extensively around Philadelphia area.
• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Healthcare or behavioral health outreach experience preferred.
• Familiarity with SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
